Once you get the hang of putting your phone in the mount, this is great. You can take some massive seas and this thing isn’t going to move!

I must have removed the mount incorrectly and it broke. I call customer service to get it warrantied and sure enough they had know problem sending me another one under warranty. But also explains to me how to properly remove the mount. That’s why it broke. Thank you so much and I will not remove them incorrectly again and will buy more of the. Great company

While I like the products I was surprised the phone holder is black while the base and neck are, as ordered white. I guess not a big deal other than it doesn’t look great. I’m also surprised I didn’t hear back from them when i asked the question why? Nothing was mentioned when I ordered that it wasn’t all white.

However, if you reach out to us at info@seasucker.com, we will always get back to you as quick as we can. Regarding the phone mount, we use Ram Mounts capture system, and they don't offer white. That said, all phones are black, so while it is in use, it works out pretty well.
